At KeyReminder, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

## Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number is required

Please contact us before sending any return item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

## Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used products
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
